Who we are

SMPLNFC is a studio based in Casablanca and London that designs NFC business cards and the websites they open. This policy covers smplnfc-studio.vercel.app and the internal tools we use to manage our clients’ websites.

What this site collects

This site does not ask you to create an account and does not use advertising cookies. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive only what you choose to send, and we use it only to reply to you and to deliver the work you ask for.

Google Search Console access

Our internal SEO tool can connect to Google Search Console, with the account owner’s permission, to read search performance, indexing and sitemap data for websites we manage. This data is used only to improve those websites.

It is processed on our own computers, is not sold, is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account under Security → Third-party access.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your rights

We keep messages and project data only as long as needed to provide our services. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
